The SaskAlert App is showing that there were alert notifications received, but the Alerts list is empty when the App is opened. There are two reasons this could happen:
- If it’s been more than 24 hours since the notification was received, and the alert has been cancelled, it may no longer be listed in the SaskAlert App.
- If Follow Me is ON, and the notification was received while the device was in a different location, the alert may not apply to the current location when the App is opened.
